Meet the Staff
Ilia is a certified prosthetist and Orthotist with over ten years of experience in the prosthetics and orthotics field. Most of his education was conducted overseas. He brought his knowledge and experience to the United States in 2011 and became certified. Ilia has very strong clinical and technical skills in both prosthetics and orthotics. His prior experiences include working in a pediatric facility. Ilia enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing. He believes that you can never have too much fishing in your life.

Matt Hebert is the owner and founder of Precision Orthotic and Prosthetic Technology. After losing his leg in a boating accident at age 21, Matt felt that he wasn’t getting the best information and wanted to learn more about prosthetics. In an effort to better take care of himself, he attended graduate school and became a certified prosthetist and registered fitter of orthotics. Matt believes that being an amputee makes him most qualified to help others. He is not only passionate about the technology, but also the comfort he can provide to people with disabilities who are experiencing physical and mental pain. Matt maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Cheryl has been with Precision since the company’s founding in 2005. She has a passion for helping people, and as our office manager, she gets to put that passion to work by communicating with the insurance companies to ensure that our customers know their options and get solutions that they can afford. When she’s not in our office, you can find Cheryl wrapped up in a good book or relaxing on the beach!
